As a Counsellor I provide a confidential and supportive space to help work through your issues, to be listened to and understood.

I have a wealth of experience in working with Anxiety and Depression .
I offer a range of ways to access counselling, Face to Face, in Weymouth, via Zoom or phone.
I offer an initial telephone or zoom call, this gives us both a chance to chat and to see if working together feels ok.
There is no obligation to work together after this initial call.

Walk and Talk. Counselling in nature, experience therapy in a different way.
Working with Trauma
£70 per hour
Working with trauma is a specific type of therapy that needs understanding of the condition to effectively trreat this debilitating condition. This therapy uses talking therapy alongside relation and hypnosis techniques
Solution Focused Counselling
£520 for 8 sessions
A course of 8 sessions online or in person with a specific focus to help with the understanding of your issues and strategies for ongoing change.
